ACCESS ACS:  What is it?

ACS is the church management system used by Living Hope that is accessed via the internet. The system is available to all those who attend Living Hope on a regular basis and can be used to:

View a calendar of church activities

Get information about individual activities (date, time, location, etc.)

Find names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses (along with photos) of those who attend Living Hope

View or print a standard or pictorial directory

Quickly send an e-mail to all members of a specific class, committee or small group

View your personal record of contributions to Living Hope, and more

ACS is a secure system and can only be accessed with a User ID and password.  These instructions provide information on how to obtain a User ID and password, how to login to the system, and also provide general instructions for accessing the various functions.

Installing ACCESS ACS on your Desktop
If you prefer to install an icon on your desktop, rather than access the system through the Living Hope website, follow the directions below:

Click on the link below to go to the ACCESS ACS member login.

Once your browser is open to the web site, click on the “File” menu item, select “Send”, then select “Send to desktop.”

For future logins, simply double-click on the “Member Login” icon on your desktop.

Obtaining a User ID and Password
In order to obtain a User ID and Password, your name and email address must already be registered in the ACS system.  We have attempted to correctly register all those who regularly attend Living Hope. 

Double-click the link you installed on your desktop to the Member Login webpage.

On the right side of the screen is the New User Login.  Complete your name and email address and click on Find Me.

Your User ID and Password will be emailed to you. 

If you receive an error message stating that we were unable to locate a record matching the information you provided, your name and email address is not correctly registered in the system.  Send an e-mail  to Charlie Coflin (charlie@coflin.com) and include your name and email address.

ACCESS ACS Login

Double-click the link you installed on your desktop to the Member Login webpage.

On the left side of the screen type the User ID and Password that was emailed to you and click the Login button.

After Login, you will be directed to the Overview Page

On this page you can:

Search for an individual

View a list of the groups, classes, and committees to which you belong

Send an email to all members of any group to which you belong

View your personal calendar

View available activities, classes, and small groups (Home Fellowship Groups)

My Complete Profile (Click “My Profile” Tab on Top)
View & Edit your profile, including:

Address

Telephone Numbers

Email Addresses

Activities, Classes, and Small Groups

My Giving History (Click “My Profile” Tab on Top)

View contributions to Living Hope since July 1, 2008

My Personal Preferences (Click “My Profile” Tab on Top)

• Change your password

Select privacy features determining whether your individual and/or family information is available to other users of ACCESS ACS

Search for a specific family

Search for a specific individual

View standard directories (family or individual)

View pictorial directories (family or individual)

Groups Tab

View Activities, Classes, and Small Groups (Home Fellowship Groups)

View the church calendar

From the calendar, get detailed information on scheduled events
